Food Pantry

First Methodist Church is proud to support and operate a food pantry for those who are in need. The pantry is located inside the entrance on Poplar Street. The days and hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The participants who use our food pantry are allowed to visit once during a 30 day period. This is per household not per person. The food pantry is staffed entirely by volunteers. Money and food donations are always accepted.
Commonly needed items are:
Tuna, Spam, beef stew, ravioli, macaroni and cheese, soup, canned fruit and vegetables. Only non-perishables are accepted. If you are interested in volunteering please contact the church office. |
