Description: Discussion of current events from "Wired Word". Read books re: Methodism, video studies
Age group: young adults, middle age and older. Some married, some single (with and without children living at home).
Mission Support: Local fix up projects, bikes for Reelfoot, Christmas baskets, food pantry, soup kitchen
Activities: potluck twice a year

Description: Eclectic mix of laid back people. The floor is open to anyone.
Mission Support: Support current needs/crisis
Activities: A few spontaneous get togethers
Name of Class: Ambassadors
Location: 2nd floor

Curriculum: Adult Bible Studies
Description: The Ambassador Class is like a big family... very caring and responsive to the needs of others.
Mission Support: Reelfoot, Habitat for Humanity, Relay for Life, Sierra Leone, Helping Hand, mailing cards to the church family.
Activities: Eat out the third Thursday of each month. This past Christmas, at annual Christmas party, food was brought to stock pantry.

Description: spriritual group therapy...discussion of current issues that confront us as 20-40 somethings
Mission Support: food pantry, shoes for the children of Sierra Leone
Activities: this is a newly formed class with lots of great ideas for group gatherings in the works

Location: Lower Level

Curriculum: Max Lucado
Description: a class that "encompasses" people of all ages and backgrounds
Mission Support: VIM and local service projects
Activities: odd months breakfast in classroom. even month socials.
Name of Class: Pairs & Spares
Location: Room 101
Teacher (s): Katherine Moore, Phil Craig, Jane Robertson, and Carolyn Scarborough
Curriculum: Adult Bible Studies
Description: We are a mixture of ages, mostly 40-plus, and a mixture of married and single folks (hence the name.) Most of us are grandparents.
Mission Support: food baskets at Christmas, food pantry, Reelfoot Rural Ministries, the Sierra Leone mission teams, and members of our class also help to sponsor our annual Movie Night at the local movie theater.
Activities: We meet twice a year for potlucks and usually go out for breakfast one night during the winter.
